Newly decorated and spacious hotel rooms by a big bathroom. Marvellous and stunning spot next to the nearest open restaurant, a large section of the park, and attractions and stores.

Beds were too soft.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was lovely, had stunning location in Canadian parks. We stayed in the king suite equipped with very comfortable beds, a bedroom, as example.

The staff was supper friendly and took care of us. The location was central, stunning nice to have the water fountain. And it was also right by restaurants and shops and the surrounding mountains and stores.

Recently refurbished units with a comfortable bed, a big bathroom plus bedroom, and the staff were affable. The location was good and stunning for Waterton Park, adjacent to the shops, restaurant and lake and restuarants.

Tbh Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was uncomfortably soft.

This hotel is an ideal base for a trip in Waterton Park. The rooms are newly renovated and romantic and complete with bedroom and a high ceiling, for instance. The amazingly nice and very welcoming staff helps you in any way. The venue is placed in a central position in the center of town.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of town, close to restaurants and stores. Everything in Waterton is within a short walking distance, making it very convenient for guests. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, and well-maintained. The bathrooms have good water pressure and hot water. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing restaurant recommendations. The hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay, exceeding expectations.

The pull-out sofa in the room is small and not very comfortable for two people to sleep on.

The restaurant was excellent with respectable and affordable wine list, we ordered amazing dishes. A microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and refrigerators were very handy. The hotel had a central location, close to a main street and a national park. Plus, distance to Emerald Bay Scenic Inlet was only 1 km.
